Rumita
—
The project originates from the intention to valorize the shorn wool of Pascoli di Amaltea, transforming a waste material into a resource through an artisanal and sustainable process that includes spinning, natural dyeing, and weaving. The visual identity and illustration system are developed around the conceptual figure of the Wild Man, inspired by the rumita: a liminal presence, dwelling in the forest, positioned at the margins of society, between the sacred and the profane. This imagery informs the construction of the visual language, where essential signs and modular patterns recall the Kilim weaving technique, combining geometric rigor with irregular variations. The color palette, derived from natural pigments, presents a range of soft, organic, and non-uniform tones that emphasize the material and process-driven nature of the project.

Galleria degli Uffizi

I worked on the graphic design of the tactile guide for the Uffizi, focused on architecture. The project was conceived to make the museum experience accessible to visually impaired and blind visitors, highlighting the architectural details of the museum through tactile materials, clear graphic signs, and an intuitive structure. Together with Andrea Delluomo (Atipiche Edizioni), I oversaw the visual layout of the guide, balancing readability, functionality, and aesthetic quality to provide an engaging and inclusive experience for all visitors.
