Un Sedicesimo
Corraini
The book is a collection of carts built by unknown people, found during long walks through the woods of the Piedmont hills, in the Langhe and Roero area. The intent was to create a small illustrated archive that would help reflect on the concepts of walking, observing and building. Each cart has been decontextualized and reported through illustrations made up of different pieces and simple figures. Each cart is free from imposed formal constraints and its purpose of use remains interpretable, polysemous and unspecified.
